I can’t thank the team at Presidential Ventilation Systems enough for their services, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Nick was terrific when he came out to take a look at the space for an estimate for a new heat pump installation. He arrived right on time, a minute early to be exact! That may not be a big deal to some, but to me, it means a lot. He took the time to explain what was needed and some of the features of the units and how they worked, something others didn’t do, they were in and out in under 20mins. While others were suggesting bigger more expensive units, or trying to push me towards brands that I clearly indicated I was not interested in, Nick allowed me to choose the brand I was interested in and made the appropriate suggestions for what was needed for the space. And finally, I received the estimate a day earlier than promised! Now, the icing on the cake was the installation team! What wonderful employees they have! All very polite and professional, allowing me to interrupt them from time to time to ask questions. They did a phenomenal job on the installation and I couldn’t be more pleased. After all was said and done, the only issue I had was I was left wondering why I didn’t do it sooner! I will continue to use their services for all my heat pump needs, and highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of the services they provide.

Since then I have had two visits for maintenance and they were the best - thorough, on time, fair price and knowledgeable staff. Equally as important are the people that work for them. The technicians were friendly, kind, respectful, engaging and personable. Today we had Ishmael and he was a pleasure to welcome into our home and a great guy. Far too often I have had trade folks visit that had the personality of a wet facecloth and I don’t go for the repeat business. Not the case with Presidential. Thanks again!!

From our initial contact In November 2023 with Scott, Home Comfort Advisor, we were treated with the utmost respect by every employee we interacted with. From Michele in the Office to the Installers - Jake, Thomas, another Jake, and the Electricians James and Eugene.
Scott walked us through everything that we needed to know. Including having an Energy Audit, rebates that were available and what we should expect from the whole experience installing a Heat Pump System in our home.
The project, from start to finish, was carried out in an exceptionally professional manner. The team was on time, efficient, and worked with minimal disruption in the house. There also was never any question about what to expect as the instalment was carried out; everything was explained well. They kept the work area well organized and also cleaned up as they went along. It was evident that these teams knew just what they had to do and that “team work” was the order of the day.
The rapport between the Installers, Electricians and Scott was excellent. The Team displayed exceptional motivation to provide a product with outstanding quality of workmanship and, again, the customer service was exceptional.
We would highly recommend Presidential Ventilation Systems to anyone looking to have a Heat Pump System installed in their home.

Great service with Presidential. Our furnace went down Thursday night and they sent Paul over for emergency service on Friday.
Paul worked late into Friday evening and I went the extra mile trying to get us back up and running. Unfortunately, we need some parts to get going, but I feel like Paul really went above and beyond to try and help when other companies/techs would have been looking to “shut it down” Friday evening.

Last February 26st Presidential Ventilation installed a new heat pump system ( Aurora Daikin Multi 24,000 3MXL24WMVJU9 ). I have a 2200 sq/ft two storey home with a finished basement and electric baseboard heat, so three wall mounted heads one per floor. The system has preformed very well and my monthly bill with NSP has dropped by $115. The air conditioning in July and August last summer was excellent. I highly recommend Presidential Ventilation.

Our heatpump suddenly stopped soI called their office at 0500 and left a message. As soon as they opened at 0800 they called me and as the temp was -19C I was placed on priority. The tech called when they said he would and arrived. Both were very polite, knowledgeable and the problem was handled efficiently. Great service!

Professional work & great team. A few other contractors had seen my unfortunate Cask of Amontillado furnace situation (the previous homeowners had completely walled it in) and didn't think I'd be able to use my existing forced air vents for a heat pump. Shane was much more optimistic, and undeterred by the challenge presented by my awkward house. He kindly came to my house several times to assess my progress in exposing the furnace and let me know how much space they needed for the new setup. Once I had opened up enough access to the old furnace, they were able to book me in quickly, which meant I didn't need to refill my oil tank as it got low. When the big day came, the whole team arrived promptly and worked continuously through the day to remove my old oil system, and replace my furnace and water heater with a heat pump + electric furnace and electric water heater. Late in the day, there was a manufacturer issue with the new furnace, but they remained cheerful and professional as they stayed late to replace it and get my heat up and running. The electricians even fixed a badly wired light switch for me while they were here! I will be recommending Presidential to anyone who needs HVAC work done.
