  • Inspect indoor fan blower
  • Measure amperages & voltages
  • Clean & inspect HRV
  • Flush condensate drain(s)
  • Treat Drain Pan with antibacterial spray or puck
  • Measure temperature difference
  • Remote/tstat battery change
  • Replace condensate neutralizers
  • Inspect electrical connections
  • Monitor heating & cooling cycles
  • Clean or replace air filters (filter not included)
  • Test safety controls
  • Test & inspect back up heat source (ducted only)
